Spacious and & cozy home that sleeps 9!
Three bedrooms plus bonus room that sleeps 2 and two baths. , amenity cards available for purchase. Owner golf cart to use at no extra charge.
Fripp Island amenity cards provide access to restaurants, pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball and fitness room and various club functions.

Amenity cards are $50 per person per week, plus resort fee of 12.8% of rental rate- all fees go to Fripp Island resort.
Kids under13 are free!

Access to private neighborhood pool- steps from the house. Private crab dock is the best on the island! Family pets are welcome- $100 fee. Linens provided- bedding, pillows, sheets, towels. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs- all you need are groceries. Our house is located on a secluded island subdivision in the heart of Fripp. Traffic is minimal, it’s a great place for kids to jump on their bikes and explore! Enjoy the neighborhood pool as well as a playground for the kids. When you’re ready to catch dinner - the best crabbing dock on Fripp Island is only a few steps away!

Much needed vacation

This was our third trip to this property and we love this place. Houses is located in the perfect spot to see nature and in a very relaxing atmosphere. Having the golf cart to get around island is also a plus. The owner is also very quick to respond to any needs. Can’t wait to return!

Fripp Island getaway

My family and I absolutely loved our first trip to Fripp Island. Our hostess was extremely helpful and we were pleased with our accommodations. We truly felt right at home. We were just a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. We loved riding around and were excited about all the wildlife we came into contact with. Our kids rode their bikes everywhere and felt very safe doing so. We are already planning another trip in the future!

Clean and comfortable

Great home in a great location. The marsh sunsets are amazing. There was plenty of room in the home and it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have an amazing week on Fripp. The owner was very responsive and we had zero issues.

Great family week

My family and I just stayed this past week and had a blast. Kids are 2, 4, and 7 and we felt like they were accommodated very well. The golf cart was super helpful to have even though we also brought our golf cart from home as well. Home is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we definitely all felt at home. We love Fripp and have stayed at various places over the years and we'd absolutely stay here again.

Spring break beach trip

We spent spring break with our grandchildren at the property. The kids loved that they could ride their bike everywhere. My grandson loved the fishing. We enjoyed the time we spent at the house. The property owner was great.

Fripp Island Vacation

We enjoyed our visit very much. The house was exactly what we were looking for, for a relaxing couple of weeks. We felt at home. The beach is easily accessible, and the wildlife on the island was fun to watch, especially the deer. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank You !

Vacation with small dog

Nice neighborhood with private pool And the Golf cart was a plus . Lots of room & kitchen had all we needed. Thankful that a leaf blower that was furnished to tidy up around the porch areas . Home was clean, but moldings in the bathrooms were very thick with Dust & hair . So I wipe those off. Sheets on king bed were not clean. Dog hair was on them . Our puppy doesn’t shed & we had not sleep in the bed yet anyway. The wash machine worked great, except on spin cycle. The machine would vibrate all the way into the kitchen floor . The dryer took a very long time to dry clothes. So my husband worked on the hose leading out from the dryer. It was too long & cramped. Laundry area had slat folding doors that were off the hinges & just propped up. My husband fixed those. Other than repairs that my husband had to do and the termite man coming to spray the home in the middle of our stay with our puppy there, we have no complaints. Fripp is a beautiful island that we’ve vacationed for 20 yrs.

Great location

The house is in a great location with the marsh walk and the pool very close by, great neighborhood. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The house itself was well stocked and spacious but could use some sprucing up.

Sufficient yet disappointed

We stayed at this property July 29th - August 3rd, 2023. We were encouraged to visit the island based on recommendations from friends who had vacationed at Fripp with their families. We chose this property based on recommendations to rent a home that has golf carts as that will be our main transportation. Upon arrival, the golf carts where not operational nor safe to drive. Based on communication with the property manager, we were told the golf carts where not actually "included" with the home rental? We did sign a golf cart release and it is listed as included with the home. We then had to spend another $450 to rent a golf cart. The oven didn't work so we couldn't cook food items we purchased so they went to waste as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and the home was comfortable, but we were disappointed in items that were promised in the listing. After we returned from the trip, we told our friends what happened with the golf cart and they told us a similar issue happened with them but rental was brought to them immediately. The island is wonderful, however if you choose based on amenities advertised, I can not recommend this property.

Excellent stay!

We loved our vacation at Sawgrass on Fripp! Laurie was so helpful and kind, and the house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We were surrounded by deer, songbirds, ospreys flying overhead, and we even saw a bald eagle perched right over the deck! Perfect renting experience from start to finish.

Never again!

We expected the house to be in MUCH better condition, given the exorbitant rent we paid for 6 weeks! While it was clear that some upgrades had been made (carpeting, king mattress), the 2 bathroom sinks were almost completely plugged (my guest managed to get the drains open again...disgusting), the house felt basically uncared for. I had to buy coffee mugs (there were only 2), hangers, teaspoons, ice trays (a note on the old refrigerator indicated the ice maker was broken and to get ice at the marina). The lamps were too small and had low wattage bulbs in them (I bought and installed a couple of new ones). The golf cart was useable, but not great! We have rented in that part of Fripp for about 10 years and always had clean, fresh feeling, cared for residences for a 5th of the price! After about a week of grumbling, we settled down to enjoy our stay (which we did) in spite of feeling that we'd been ripped off big time!

Pleasant stay in quiet part of Fripp

This house was a great value and exactly what we needed for two weeks on Fripp Island while we checked the progress of our own house construction. We were able to both work remotely in peace. The included golf cart and amenity cards were great to have to explore the island.

Special time for family

This was our second stay at this house. Once again we loved it. The house is the perfect size for our family. Loved the big windows. And having a golf cart is always a big plus. My husband enjoyed being close to crabbing/fishing docks. Great house and location.. Another week of making memories.

Finding Joy

We loved the layout of the home. It was perfect for families. We had our adult daughters with us. Laurie was great to work with and helped out as needed. It wasn't my best trip, but only because I had a medical flare up while there. Laurie was very gracious throughout and promptly replied to any questions we had before or during our trip. This particular weekend the Flamingo Ladies had invaded the island. It brought joy to my life to see them, wave as we passed, and see their devotion and love for one another. Fight the good fight.
