We are residents of New Haven and we love our city. Outside of maintaining our properties, we enjoy spending times with our kids, traveling, hiking, bike-riding, cooking and connecting with loved ones.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in the historic Prospect Hill section of New Haven. This neighborhood is home to perhaps the finest architecture in the entire city - a collection of large mansions from the mid to late 19th and early 20th century. These homes once belonged to wealthy industrialists, Connecticut governors, elite educators, and business luminaries. Many of these properties have been wonderfully restored in the past few decades and the area now offers terrific opportunities for architecture fans and history buffs.
