We offer a convenient Early Check-In and Late Checkout option:
• Early Check-In is available at 50% of the previous night’s rate, allowing you to arrive at any time on your scheduled arrival day.
• Late Checkout is available at 50% of the following night’s rate, allowing you to depart at any time on your scheduled departure day.

• No smoking in the home - $250 (please smoke outside)
• Unauthorized Pets - $250
• NO Parties or events - $250
• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.
• Small gatherings are not welcomed - outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking are not allowed and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund.
• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.

There is free parking in the driveway for up to 3 cars, as well as street parking in front of the home.

**No more than 3 cars are allowed from guests on the property**.

The home features keyless entry with a keypad and is secured by Ring Security.

I am available via the Ring Doorbell, phone, & AirBnB messaging app and will respond promptly to any inquiries or issues you may have.

Please note that this home is a Duplex, there is a downstairs unit with a separate guest. They have their own private entrance, the only shared space will be the backyard where the entrance to the other unit is.
