Large comfortable house with big courtyard,pool ,jacuzzi for 5 people ,big barbeque ,giving absolute privacy, with terraces and play area , located near the sea (1500 m) and pebble beaches (2000 m), next to the historic village centre (400 m) with all basic services within 5 min walking distance, suitable for 14 people; interesting formula for 2 families who want to enjoy holiday together and having each its amenities.Before and after the season is possible to rent each floor separately, first floor and galery 8 people ,with barycue and everything arround house,parking.If someone wants only the ground floor for 5 people, also go parking, fireplace, swings, etc. tranpolin , End all that belongs to the house.

Lovely Villa in a great location

We were three families travelling together (13 total) so this property was perfect for us. Everything was as described in the listing. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was nice to have different areas to relax and have quiet time and there is a decent grocery store right behind the house which is very convenient.

Lovely hosts

Wonderful hosts, they were lovely, helpful and friendly. We went we 3 families which included 7 children. Pool was the perfect depth for the children, lovely barbecue area. The hosts even gave us some coal when we ran out and the local supermarket had run out. The supermarket is literally round the corner so was very handy to pick things up. Beautiful beaches which were quieter than the golden horn just minutes away. The property was extremely clean and any issues were delt with straight away. Overall, a wonderful stay and would book this property again. Thank you for being great hosts. Mona.

Perfect!

Three families (14 adults and kids) that usually travel together stayed in Selca for a week. This property suited us perfectly. Very friendly owners, calm area, pool and fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful!

The house, the interior, the backyard and the pools are perfectly maintained and in an awesome condition. But the hosts Fanica and Nedad are outstanding. You don't feel like a guest, you feel like family or friend. Thank you so much for having us.

Très grande propriété avec des hôtes extraordinaires. Le petit village de Selca est charmant. On a rayonné sur l’ Île sans problème. Dans la villa, on était super bien organisé. On était 8 adultes et 5 jeunes enfants. Les terrasses extérieures agréables avec le four, piscine, trampoline. Endroit rêvé pour relaxer

Fabulous. Happy holiday and memories.

Loved it - friendly hosts and a very comfortable house. Few minute walk to the local shops and 5 minute drive to the pretty harbour. Love to visit this beautiful county again

Just great!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa Gemini! Especially our hosts were outstanding. The villa is extremly well equipped. You will not miss anything! The pool is very well kept. We were a group of 11 people and we were not very quiet but that didn't matter because we had no direct neighbours. On the other hand you can walk into the little town Selca in a few minutes. Sumartin is also a very cute little town. If you want to stay away from the noisy Bol, this is the place to come. For the villa you can rent the upper and the lower level alone, but I would highly recommend to go with a large group and book the whole house because then you have a very nice privacy. Dear Fanica and Nenad, thank you again for having us, it was a great pleasure and we really hope to see you again sometime! Yours Kirsten

Guests can enjoy a nice atmosphere, quiet and peaceful environment in natural surroundings, the beauty of olive trees and Mediterranean plants.We as hosts will recommend you all that you can visit and see during your stay in this beautiful town. The natural beauty, entertainment, cultural and sports events which during the tourist season, has in all places of the region.
In the evening you can enjoy in the joint preparation of fish and meat dishes. Me and my family live in the immediate vicinity, only 400 m from the house and we are available and we will be happy to help in anything.
we are pleased to assist you in anything.
Maybe if you have a boat and if you want to bring that boat ,we have a big garage where you can put a trailer.
We will do my best to make your stay and the house is beautiful and memorable.

Terrace on the first floor of 38 m2 with table and chairs for dining, balcony. The connection with the outside covered fireplace on the ground floor, with sitting dining. Deck chairs, tranpulin, swings for children, travel cots, visoke chairs for children.
Possibility to rent boats, pre-arranged for an extra charge, the ability to transport from-to the airport Split-Brac, Brac-Split in advance to arrange additional charge ..
