POV Cottage/Jefferson
Guests will enjoy an open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, wrap-around deck, and great views of Damariscotta Lake through floor-to-20 foot peak ceiling glass. The setting is wooded which provides visual separation and privacy from the only (distant) neighbor. The interior is bright and fresh, with plenty of space and tasteful furniture. The swim float is easily accessible via a recently improved path. And, it’s an easy swim to the second float just off-shore near an inviting, undeveloped private island. A screened porch and outside shower have been newly added for your enjoyment. Appliances are new. A canoe is provided; guests are welcome to bring their own powerboat and use the mooring in the cove. This is a lovely home for a great lakefront vacation and home-base for exploring mid coast Maine.
