Welcome to our Family Lakehouse! Settle into this spacious 5 Bedroom/ 3 Full Bathroom Lake House for friends & family fun with picturesque sunset views. Great house for entertaining whether inside, on the large attached deck, or down at the lake on a private dock! Enjoy some winter cheer cozied up by the stone fireplace with a good book. Perfect location for those who love to ski or snow board. Super close to Song Mountain or Labrador Mountain! Or plan ahead for next summer lake fun with 100 feet of private beach. We have a large dock and gazebo with great access to swimming, boating, fishing, or just relaxing:). Reserve a week in the summer at our Skaneateles Lake House today and make memories tomorrow!

Great spot in Skaneateles
Traveled to be in Syracuse for a family event and wanted to stay in Skaneateles. This was our second stay ant this house, and the home and location is wonderful!

Beautiful property much larger than anticipated with plenty of room to spread out. We were so impressed with the attention to every detail! Brian and Melissa were very thoughtful, even to the extent of puttung up a fully decorated Christmas tree! We met Brian during our stay, and he could not have been nicer! Cozy family home ideal for enjoying the lake and town
The property has a lovely view of the lake with a seating area and dock. The house has a homey feel. I enjoyed the fact that the bedrooms were separated from each other. My family and I had a lovely stay and made lifelong memories.

Perfect for us.
So much to do, swimming, boating, fishing, and just hanging on the dock. Visiting the village is always great. Quiet and peaceful.

Family Reunion at Skaneateles Lake
Home is rustic, spacious and has nice dock on lake. Interior is very outdated but we weren’t there to hang out inside. It was great for family reunion as we all had space and could spend time together. No air conditioning. Very easy to rent and check in- we would go back again.

Perfect group retreat on Lake
We stayed for a family wedding and the home was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, comfortable, clean and a great location just a few minutes drive into town. We stayed in the winter but could see how this location on the lake would be even better in the summer time. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with.

Attending Family Wedding
The location of the property is great and the host is very nice. The house itself is nice but furniture is very old and not updated, especially in the livingroom. The couches are uncomfortable. I think they should consider doing a little bit of facelift in the livingroom area. The TV was not good either. We could not gather in the livingroom and watch sports. Since it was winter and cold outside, activities were limited. It is also 15 minutes away from town.

Lovely Lake House
The location was key- both close to the town center and right on the lake. We had fun on the lake using the kayaks and spent time at night with the fire pit. My family had a really great time!

Perfect family stay on the lake
My family rented this property over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and furnished very nicely, as well as great access to the lake! We rented a boat and spent the days on the lake, had dinners on the back deck, watched the sunset, and then spent evenings around the fire pit. This house was perfect space-wise for the accommodations of 10 adults, and I would highly recommend this rental for a carefree and enjoyable stay on the lake.

Great Location on Skaneatles Lake
The 5 bedroom house with bedrooms on both sides and living areas in the middle provided room for several families in our group. Outdoor deck with umbrella and table was perfect for eating and relaxing. Lakeside dock area was relaxing. The beds could use a mattress upgrade, too soft for several of us. The house is roomy and dining areas accommodate a large group.

Nice stay although cleanliness not great as we found debris on floor in several places, had to replace several light bulbs; switches could be labeled so know what they control, some didn’t wirk (exterior and stairs to dock?).

Wedding Weekend
We stayed at this home while attending a nearby wedding. It was roomy enough for the 10 family members. The house was clean and very comfortable. The view of the lake was great. Didn't make use of the outside area due to the weather in November. We would stay here again.

Perfect fall weekend with friends
We had a great weekend with perfect weather in an amazing setting. The house was very comfortable and family-friendly and you can’t beat the location. We loved taking the little ones on the paddle boat and playing in the back yard in the fall leaves. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and cozy gathering spaces in the living and dining rooms.

Wonderful long weekend with family
We chose this property for an end of summer long weekend with our family (group of 10). All of us thought the house looked even better than it did in the pictures! We made use of the kayaks, relaxed on the dock while enjoying the beautiful view, sat around the fire pit at night and played board games in the dining room. The house had everything we needed to make meals and was spacious and comfortable. The water was rocky so we would suggest water shoes if you plan on going in the water. Overall, it was a great weekend and we would recommend this property.

Great Family Vacation.
Great week on beautiful skaneateles lake. Must be some holes in the window screens, very buggy. All & all super location with the best views and access to the lake. Would stay again.
