Hi! We are the Goodnight family. We are native to North Carolina and absolutely love all that our state has to offer- from the mountains to the sea and all the areas in between. We are excited to offer our home-away-from-home as a VRBO. We want families to enjoy the comfort and cleanliness of our home while we are unable to be oceanside.
Why they chose this property
North Topsail is a relaxed beach location. There is enough to do without feeling the hustle and bustle of most beach locations. Food is good. People are nice. Traffic is manageable. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here!
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 2023 and we installed our ocean front pool at the end of summer 2024. Our property has beautiful street side appeal and also boasts a magnificent 2 story deck and a boardwalk straight to the ocean. There are ample areas to catch the beauty of a sunrise or sunset.
