This serene ski-in ski-out 345 SF studio condo is located at Purgatory Resort in Durango featuring a rooftop hot tub! With our club membership our guests get exclusive usage of the onsite, year-round, heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, workout facilities, sauna, steam showers and day spa.
The unit offers a cozy living room w/fireplace, queen Murphy Bed + a daybed w/ trundle bed. Daybed/trundle are perfect for 2 small children but can accommodate adults. Kitchenette equipped w/George Foreman grill, Crock-pot, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, & dishes, silverware, glassware for 4.
Stay connected with WIFI, cable TV, DVD player & DVD's, HDMI cable to connect portable device to TV. Kids have access to books, toys, board games & puzzles. If you forgot essentials we have some items in the unit. The Deli on 1st floor sells personal care & basic food items. 3 onsite restaurants are steps from the unit @ Resort Plaza. No smoking/No pets allowed in the unit.

Our family used to live in Durango but is now based in Phoenix. We love the outdoors, especially skiing, and love sharing our space with others who want to experience the magic of being outdoors.
What makes this property unique
***Durango Mountain Club *** Not all units at Purgatory Resort have access to the pool, hot tub, spa and fitness center, but this one does! Because we are members of the club you have the opportunity to use the onsite amenities as our guests.
City Market on the North side of town and Walmart in Durango offer online ordering that can be picked up at the store. Please see their website for details.
Summer activities at Purgatory Resort in the Plaza are open Father's Day through Labor Day. PLEASE CHECK THEIR WEBSITE FOR OPERATING HOURS AND TICKET PRICING.
There are three restaurants and bar options in the Plaza. Hours vary depending on the business of the season. WE RECOMMEND CHECKING THE WEBSITE PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PLANS!
