Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages MRV50! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has furniture, electronics, and appliances, and is located is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach with an outdoor community pool.

This rental features:
--Bedroom #1: A Queen-size bed and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, upstairs.
--Bedroom #2: Two full-size beds and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, upstairs.
--Bedroom #3: A Queen-size bed and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, downstairs.
--Living room: traditional furnishings in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy chair with ottoman seating for four plus a dining table with seating for three and a flat screen TV with Roku
--Fully equipped kitchen, additional seating for two at the counter and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.
--Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and two downstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs

Stay was OK
We were visiting town for a strength lifting competition. The beds were not comfortable so be aware if you’re searching for a good nights rest. The cleanliness of the place especially the kitchen when we arrived was lacking. For 7+ guests staying 4 nights, we were only supplied 3 toilet paper rolls, 2 trash bags & no hand soap. We expected more amenities for the price we paid. Other than that, location was close everything.

Overall our stay was good. Only issues we had were the master bathroom sink water didn’t work and extra main floor bathroom toilet slowly leaked. Great location to beach and amenities. Check in process was great as well!

Overall it was a nice place with good location close to the beach and shopping. The washer and dryer was a great help. Master bedroom shower stall had a shower curtain that did reach all the way down and water went all along the floor and gave it a musty smell. If that's corrected it's a good place. Also pool was vary close.

The house was comfortable. I would paint the place and clean the doors. Coffey maker should be updated. Add an extra roll of toilet paper to the bathrooms. Dishwasher should be replaced or at least state" push hard from both sides of the dish washer. Explain what to do with the towels and sheets. We put in the washer, but not sure it was right. I would supply saran wrap. Needs new fridge (the side compartments were not secured. Very few pans and the pans were old. The knives were very dull and need a new broom. The condo was nice and had a great location. Need more than one dish towel for the kitchen. The TVs were difficult to figure out and we did not know that TV provider. Difficult to get live TV. Thanks for letting us stay-we enjoyed our time.

Great Place needs minor updating
Place was perfect for our family, centrally located with a short walk to the beach. The small kitchen appliances, pots, and pans need updating. Other than this I would recommend staying here.

My friends came to myrtle beach for my birthday and it was awesome to have a house a block from the beach. The check in process was super easy and it had everything we need. Only concerning thing was the water pressure for toilet and shower but it was overall awesome and we girls had a great time.

The condo was really nice. The owner was very quick to respond. We had a toilet not working properly and he quickly came out and fixed it. The place was clean and the pool was nice. The neighbor was a little run down but not the complex we stayed in. It was well maintained.

Poor Condition
We had past experiences with homes on VRBO and all were well kept and maintained properties. We drove with another family who had also rented a unit a few doors down. As far as location, it was as described , close to everything and within walking distance to the beach, but not exactly across the street from the beach. We had teenagers with us so it was enjoyable for them to be able to walk around and entertain themselves. As far as the community pool, it only had 6 lounge chairs so for a family of 4 , and many other rentals in this place , those chairs went fast. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and chairs because this property doesn't have any in the units which was surprising The chairs outside on the front porch were very old, only two and one was broken. The back patio table wasn't as pictured , again only two chairs! The grill was filthy and we had to purchase propane , as the tank was empty Inside the unit the cabinets and drawers were falling apart. I called the mgmt and they sent a tech out to fix it along with the faucets that were broken, and he caused the bathroom sink to overflow all over the floor. The unit was dirty along with the furniture in the family room the picture shows red furniture that looked half way decen but when we got there , they were soiled and someone had used throws to cover the cushions thathad to be fixed every time we sat down. I must tell you , I had to clean and satirize the furniture with stuff I bought - before sitting. I went to use the vacuum that was left and that too didn't work The picture shows decorations on the walls , above cabinets etc but that is no longer the case. The kitchens oven didn't work properly and there was a frying pan with dried food in the cabinet. No basic seasonings like salt or pepper ! So be prepared to purchase everything you need including trash bags and TP. Bedrooms had flat pillows and the mattresses still had the plastic wrap on them so every time you moved , you would hear the noise. Carpets are stained in both bedrooms down and upstairs. No lamps in one bedroom Pictures are years old!!!! If I was the owner of this unit I would invest in new furniture and decorations along with hire both a good maintenance company along with a reputable cleaning company. I would also have a checklist that's followed to verify all is in working order before renting this unit again. Not the experience I'm used too. Would definitely not return to this unit.
