The owners have thoughtfully designed every aspect of this stunning vacation home for families or groups of friends. Guests who choose to rent 22 Flatwood Street will find that space is one of the things that truly sets this substantial home apart. There are plenty of places both inside and out to relax, read a book, listen to music, catnap, or just sit and chat.

There are four master bedrooms: one on the first floor, two on the second floor, and one on the third floor. Additionally, there is a “bunk room” on the second floor that has two twin bunk beds that will sleep six plus a great room on the third floor with three twin beds that are perfect for kids since they always love to hang out together.

The master bedroom on the first floor features its own private master bathroom with both bathtub and shower. One master bedroom on the second floor features a private bathroom with a large shower and tub and the other master bedroom features a private bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom on the third floor has its own private bathroom with shower and a half bath as well. The third floor also features a half kitchen with dishwasher drawer and kitchen countertop with stools plus a full living room area with large screen TV. Guests also have easy access to a washer and dryer in the laundry room both upstairs and downstairs as well as a Ping-Pong table on the upstairs porch.

In addition to its own private pool the home features an outdoor covered patio complete with a built-in stainless BBQ pit, soothing fireplace, and flat screen TV as well as an outside poolside bathroom.

There is also a multi-room music system so you can listen to Net Radio, Online Internet Radio Stations, utilize an iPod dock (for personal iPods), Apple TV so guests can use iPhones or iPads to stream their personal music through the home music system, plus Pandora Radio access. The exterior has also been wired so that guests can listen to music outside by the pool while others can watch or listen to something different inside the home.
