Excellent Place

This place was amazing! Location was fantastic. 7 of us stayed here comfortably. Place was clean and parking was great as well. Alan (host) gave us a tour of the place and couldn’t have been a better host. He recommended restaurants and places to see. Easily one of the top places we’ve stayed.

Perfect VRBO

Simply the Best

Amazing stay in a very well appointed, clean house with a wonderful owner!! This house has everything you need from a huge deck to hang out on, a hot tub, and lots of room (and beds). Check in and out process was flawless….kind of like the whole stay! Highly recommended! 5 Stars all the way!

Pleasent Place with one unexpected item

The place was great, as advertised. What we weren't expecting was the owner of the property has a suite in the basement and stayed there while we were occupying. I didn't think VRBO allowed that.

Alan was an amazing host! He was very accommodating with anything we needed… brought toys down for our kiddos. The house was extremely comfortable for our party of 6 and a pup! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Family visit to Edmonton

Alan was a wonderful host though I was not expecting to have him living on the premises, the listing did not make that clear. A couple of improvements would be less personal items, family photos and such and a booklet of house instructions rather than post it notes . The home was fully stocked for anything you might need and was very clean. It was convenient for us visiting family to the west and east of Edmonton.

Weekend Stay

We stayed for two nights with 5 adults, 3 teens and 2 toddlers. More than enough room for everyone. Place was clean, homey and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, near everything we went to including a park for the kids. Clean as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a family trip.

Excellent property and host

Easy to get just about anywhere in Edmonton. Beautiful home is stunning area. This property was the most well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms that we have ever rented. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend.

I am the property owner , retired and a great tour guide having spent 50 years in Edmonton and area. Having been in business all my life I know all the wonderful experiences in Edmonton and Alberta.

I occupy a basement suite, totally separate from the main house with a private entrance to come and go. I am nearby to assist with any issues that may arise. My suite is fairly sound proof so guest noise is not an issue for me. The main house is totally guest space.

Why they chose this property

There are some private nooks in the house and many TVs.
You can be anywhere in the city within 25 minutes from my central area. The second story deck is a gem in the summer, shade, sun, partial roof and screened in. BBQ.
