Cleaning:
- Every linen, comforter, and towel is professionally laundered between stays
- After each stay we replace all towels and linens
- Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
- Starter Amenities provided: hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, sponge for washing dishes
- We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

Important Information:
- As we use API-connected software, we have two further requirements due within 48 hours of your booking: A signed Rental Agreement and a $150 refundable security deposit. If you are not comfortable with these requirements, you are permitted to cancel your stay with us penalty free within 48 hours of booking.
- Contracting guests must have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Dog Rules
- DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 30LBS OR LESS.
- $100 per dog fee
