All the best! Privacy and very close to the bustle of bars and tranquility liveliest beach restaurants Christmas. Our fit is located in front of the small bay that forms next to the bald hill, in Ponta Negra. modern and comfortable furniture, full kitchen, two large suites with large bathrooms. Near banks, supermarkets, restaurants and craft centers and malls. Safety and well-being. Best impossible.

Desde o primeiro contato com Ana , a proprietaria , tudo foi otimo ! Ela muito solicita e prestativa , nos acolheu com muita hospitalidade em seu Flat e o Luciano , seu administrador foi extremamente cortes durante nossa estadia , sempre presente qdo precisamos . Só temos que agradecer por dias tão especiais em seu imovel , localização excelente (pe na areia) . Se puder voltaremos em 2022 !!

Foi uma ótima experiência! Colado a areia da praia. Uma excelente varanda, tamanho do apartamento perfeito e um ótimo atendimento. Luciano foi muito receptivo e solicito desde quando chegamos até a nossa saída. A limpeza do apartamento estava excelente e tudo muito bem cuidado! Indico!!

Great location!

This is a very nice apt. in a great location just steps from the beach. It has a huge patio with amazing view and where you can work or relax while listening to the waves crashing. Easy access to the neighborhood and safe area.

Estadia apart cocobeach

A estadia foi maravilhosa, o apartamento é super confortável, tem tudo na cozinha. Apesar dos arredores não ter loja de conveniência por perto, a localização perto do mar e do Morro do Careca é maravilhosa. A anfitriã muito simpática e solícita, e o caseiro tambem. Voltarei outras vezes com certeza.

Imóvel fantástico!!! Proprietária e zelador 100%!! Localização privilegiada, pé na areia !!!

De início a reserva foi tranquilo até com um desconto para ficar mais dias!! Chegamos de madrugada e o Luciano estava lá esperando!! Limpezas feitas conforme combinado, e a cada limpeza o imóvel ficava impecável! Recebemos várias dicas de locais, padarias, mercados, restaurantes, etc... da Proprietária Ana que sempre foi muito atenciosa e rápida nas respostas! Precisamos de um dentista de emergência e a dna Ana indicou um excelente profissional. A localização do imóvel é perfeita, ao lado do morro do Careca e ao lado de Bares que ficavam abertos até à noite, e o som não nos atrapalhava. No último dia, além da vista privilegiada no café da manhã na varanda, pudemos avistar o casal de golfinhos que passeava nas águas tranquilas desse ponto da praia de Ponta Negra !!! Coisas assim que não tem preço!! Nossa famíla amou o local, foi nossa segunda visita a Natal e com toda certeza, voltaremos em breve!!!! Muito obrigado à Ana e ao Luciano, que nos proporcionaram esta estadia maravilhosa de 14 dias.......

Excelente apartamento - perto do Morro do Careca

Fomos muito bem recepcionados por Luciano, que sempre nos atendeu prontamente, durante toda a nossa estadia. O Imóvel é amplo, com móveis e utensílios domésticos novos e ótimos banheiros. O Apartamento nos foi entregue muito limpo, ponto que também merece destaque. Fica localizado no melhor trecho do mar de Ponta Negra, em área própria para o banho. Recomendo!

Tutto meraviglioso e fantastico, tutti gli utensili nuovi puliti, camere pulite la casa ha un tocco di classe, ottimi e validi i collaboratori, ( Luciano e la signora addetta alle pulizie, entrambi disponibilissimi in tutte le ore e giorni) della proprietaria la signora Ana, gentilissima e dolcissima, attenta e scrupolosa in tutto. Andare a Pontanegra è sinonimo di relax pulizia e per trovare tutto questo bisogna andare solo al coco beach negli appartamenti della signora Ana. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI SOGGIORNARE QUI!

ótima localização!!!

Apartamento aconchegante, tudo novinho, com todos utensílios na cozinha, próximo de bares e restaurante. O Luciano nos recebeu super bem, so tenho agradecer!!! A única coisa q eu não gostei, foi a faxina q não teve ninguém para limpar o apartamento, pois o Luciano disse q só tem faxina se for mais de 7 diárias e no site não tem esta bem explicado; fiquei 6 diárias, e no site está dizendo q a faxina é de 3 em 3 dias, pensei q fosse alguém la limpar,mais como ficamos 6 diárias não teve a faxina. mais o restante foi perfeito.
