This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is less than a 5-minute stroll from one of the island’s best beaches (beach path just across the street)! Located on a quiet, deadend street, it’s perfect for kids to bike, scooter and play in the front or back yard. Only a mile from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, it's well-located nearby to restaurants, shops, and activities, and is the ultimate launch point for biking and exploring Sea Pines and the rest of the island.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering a king bed, queen bed, bunk beds, and fold-out double bed. The fully equipped kitchen features a stocked coffee and tea station. Unwind in the cozy living room with large sectional sofa and games and books, or enjoy meals in the spacious dining area.

On an island where many original homes have been replaced by sprawling estates, our property stands out as a lovingly renovated beach cottage. During the renovation of our own home, we lived in this charming retreat and fell in love. From the incredible proximity to the ocean to the yard perfect for grilling, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors, this cottage truly captures the essence of coastal living. Its location is unbeatable—just a bike ride away from the offerings of Coligny and Sea Pines.
