Located at the very end of Okaloosa island, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo has a lot to offer! With a king bed in the master, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom & a pullout queen sofa with extra soft topper added, guests are sure to find comfort and relaxation here! There are 2 full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub combo, new toilets and vanities. Brand new kitchen with all new appliances, and fully equipped kitchen. This awesome property also features a living room with new furniture perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony that overlooks the bay! Watch the boats come and go all day! This property is situated on 13 acres with a basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts, a gulf front pool with vending machines and a seasonally heated pool right outside our building with vending and ice machine. Large workout room overlooking the pool, and separate men and women’s sauna room! Coin laundry located 3 doors down for your use. If you are traveling with a group for family reunions or weddings, there are 2 large rooms for gatherings or hosting receptions that can be rented as well! Hi! We are from Indiana and have been traveling to Okaloosa island for over 30 years now! It’s no secret that we love the beach and love hosting new and repeat guests!
Why they chose this property
We chose Okaloosa island for its laid back, family feel! We have 2 other condos at the beginning of the island and decided adding El Matador would be the best of both worlds! It’s located at the very end of the island next to the military grounds which gives an unbelievable stretch of private beach area and the best sunset views on the island!
What makes this property unique
We have an amazing view of the bay! You can sit out and watch the boats coming and going for hours! It’s so peaceful and quiet and has amazing sunsets from the balcony!
