Direct Ocean - Boardwalk Condo - Walk To Most Everything

Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walk to restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining with live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)

**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**

This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.

Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue lazy boy sleeper sofa, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet), bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.

Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

Can't beat the location!

What we loved most about staying at this property was the location. We were able to walk to different coffee shops and restaurants. The beach outside the condo was safe and recommended by the lifeguards. Condo was comfortable, upgraded, and clean. The garage was nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful beach stay for a family

Our whole family stayed here and had a great time. Beautiful view and access to the beach. Host was nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Ocean Front Condo

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Updated, very clean, kitchen and bath had everything you needed. The beds are super comfortable. The patio is very spacious overlooking the ocean. Marissa was very accommodating and communicated very well. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. Everything you need is there. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or around the corner for food. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot!

This was my first vacation in 20 years. It was an amazing experience the weather was perfect. The beach and condo was so clean. They had everything we needed. We over shopped 😂. My family became closer because of this stay. The owner was there at the drop of a hat when I needed her. Definitely recommend this place.

Cocoa Beach is always a gem

Wonderful stay with a perfect ocean view and direct beach access. Fully stocked kitchen and had all the beach gear we needed to spend the days with our toes in the sand. Great location, we took a day trip to Kennedy Space Center. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Memorable family vacation.

Perfect Beach location

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was very clean, and direct beach front access through a private gate. along with lifeguards present. It was close to everything. Nicely furnished and equipped for our family. We all loved it and want to come back next time.

The individual unit was perfect. Roomy, clean, overall excellent. The complex itself is in need of some updating and repairs, but judging by the construction equipment and noise was in the process of receiving those repairs.

Location!

This place has the location all wrapped up. From the deck, you look directly into the Atlantic Ocean! You can take a few short steps out and be on the beach. Play in the surf and watch the ships sail by my. Very comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Located right in the middle of everything you need!

The apartment listing photos are accurate. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the beach access is a few feet away. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

A perfect oceanfront setting

This beautifully decorated condo was perfect for our family- well appointed and well stocked with beach towels and toys, comfortable furnishings and beds. The first floor balcony was raised about 8 feet so was very safe for the 4 year old. The view is oceanfront wonderful. There is even a stray cat who loves to be petted so the kids loved that.

Great property and location

This property was clean and layer out very nicely. With lots of room. The owners provided us with everything needed from beach chairs to sunscreen, from kitchen utensils to a cooler to pack to the beach! It is a great location within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and dessert shops! There was one small issue that the owner could not prevent, with the kitchen sink, but she was very easy to work with and get a hold of, and on top of her game making sure the issue was resolved quickly!!

Awesome location

I have rented many beach condos and this is one of the best. The location was perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants just steps away from the condo and the actual position of the condo within the building as at the end with a short walk to the beach. The condo is extremely spacious and you can’t really tell how large it is in the pictures. It’s really big. I could see my family when they were down at the beach from the balcony which was convenient when part of the family wants to be in the condo and the other wants to stay at the beach. The furniture and decorations are classy and the condo itself has been nicely updated. The condo was also clean and the linens were clean and kept up - they were not worn out. As I said, I have rented several condos because we live in the middle of the state and like to go to the beach for a long weekend and this is the first condo that has blown me away. It’s really perfect. Usually people that rent their condos put junky furniture and worn out linens and towels in their rental but this place felt like home. I definitely want to rent here again!

We live in NJ, which is where I grew up and so did our two children, who recently moved to NYC. My husband is a native Floridian. We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.

Why they chose this property

This is our second condo on the Space Coast and we absolutely love this area. We've vacationed in Cocoa Beach for many years. Our kids have grown up with many great memories of visiting their grandparents in the area.
