Quiet 5 acres tucked back in a dirt road to enjoy the river and nature with friends and family. Sleeps 12, peaceful and scenic. Close to our quaint little town of Hawksinville, Perry Fairgrounds and the Southern Hills golf course.

What makes this property unique

We are on 5 acres of scenic property to enjoy the outdoors. We have a floating dock that drops you into the river about and hour and half ride into the heart of downtown Hawkinsville Mile Branch Park boat landing. A 13 minute drive back to the house. The house accommodates 12 people and has a cozy cabin feel in the trees on stilts.
