Beach Paradise - Modern 2BD Luxury Kings w/ 5 minute walk to Jax Beach

We're Xquisite Escapes and we'd love to be your next host! Relax and unwind in this beautiful & recently remodeled modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit located just a block from Jacksonville Beach. You'll find plenty of adventure just a ten minute walk away including a fun afternoon at the Jax Pier or Seawalk Pavillion. Tasty restaurants are also in abundance nearby such as our favorite- Joe's Crab Shack. And at the end of the night you'll be happy to return to your spacious room and plush king bed!

Once inside, kick your shoes off and relax into this cozy and stylish unit and soak in some of the sunny afternoon Florida sun in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, smooth top stove & oven, as well as a large fridge and ice maker. Each of the bathrooms are fitted with large standing showers and stocked with plush towels.

You will have private free parking in the building with two assigned spaces and a short walk around the corner to the stairs. Space numbers will be provided prior to check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: The unit has been recently renovated with lots of modern touches. Some common spaces of the building are still currently being renovated. (No major construction!!!) Just painting and resurfacing the floors in the common areas

This unit is on the 3rd floor, with the parking garage on the 1st level. There are two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind if you are not able to climb stairs.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
