The outdoor kitchen gives you the option for dinning at night time, giving you that extra bit of peacefulness and tranquility after a busy day. The house is only available FURNISHED for min of 6 months. Garage is not included in the lease. tenant pays for all utilities. Owner will only pay for weekly pool service and Gardner and basic cable.
