With 10 foot ceilings, 9 sets of French doors, shuttered windows, transoms, and ceiling fans throughout, this home is both breezy and inviting.

Nestled just a short stroll from the pristine beach, Villa Loggia offers access to outstanding community amenities. Dive into one of the three sparkling pools, unwind in one of the two community hot tubs, the infinity pool or enjoy serene moments by the two tranquil lakes. The property also features 24-hour security, deeded beach access, and an array of recreational activities including shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Guests can take advantage of the private beach with rental chairs available to make their seaside experience even more comfortable, or grab the equipment that is provided at the house (subject to availability).

Guest Bedroom - 2nd Floor - Full over Full Bunk Bed (Twin stow-away bed in closet)
Living Room - Large Sectional Couch (super comfy!)

The Property Features: 9 sets of French doors, 10’ high ceilings, stainless appliances, shuttered windows, transoms, and ceiling fans throughout the home. Hardwood maple flooring throughout which compliments the designer furnishings. Guests will feel comfortable in their living quarters as all bedrooms feature direct access to a bathroom as well as private balconies, and ample natural light available through large windows including transoms. There is custom unglazed tile in the front covered entryway and in open-air arch columned veranda overlooking the private courtyard and pool.

Private beach with showers& bathrooms. Basketball courts, tennis courts, Pickle-ball, 3 pools and 2hot tubs.

The only portion of the house not available is the owners closet, which has a combination smart lock.


Must be minimum 25 years of age to rent.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $250/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Please be aware property is located near a military base.
There may be some loud noises (day/night) if the military is running missions.
