All homes rear faces a large grassy area with community pool, volleyball net, palm trees, fruit trees & sunny rays. Pool is not heated.
Escape to this welcoming house in picturesque Indian Wells. With 3 soothing queen beds, 2 nice bathrooms, and an additional cozy office space with a sofa bed, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.
Guests can enjoy amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine, AC, iron, heating, and WiFi, Work-in office set up with Monitor and plugins during their stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Person booking the home must be at least 25 years of age.
NO RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED FOR GUESTS WITHOUT POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM OTHER HOSTS.
No glass, dishes, or silverware allowed by or around pool area.
Do not remove any pool furniture or pool equipment away from the pool area.
Please clean up and return any move furniture/equipment from the pool.
No horse playing around the pool and community common area.
Blasting of music in and around the pool, community common area, and backyard of the house is prohibited.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents or designated chaperone over the average of 25.
No bikes, skateboards, golf carts, or any motorized vehicles to be ridden in the back yards and community common areas.
No chipping anywhere in the backyard and community common areas.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a City of Indian Wells Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 12.25% and Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) tax of 1% that will be added to your total by Airbnb.
If guest(s) are found to be in violation of the occupancy (6 guests total), noise rules, pool and community common area rules, and any other rules presented during check-in, the guest(s) will be fined $250 for each violation. Dismissal and no refund of nights lost will be provided. This is a small community. Please be respectful of the community and ones around you. NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM!
