Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Ski trip with my sons

We had a great stay in Park City. The townhouse was as advertised in the pictures and very nice. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and showers is a real plus. Good location and the pool/ hot tub complex was a treat.

Great Location! Perfect for 6 people!

Easy booking process. Great communication from staff. Very clean condo. Added benefits not listed - extra paper goods, some spices and bottles of water. Not the most modern condo I have stayed in PC but I will definitely rebook for future trips.

Wonderful stay in Park City

We had a great time in this condo! Brad was incredible to work with and the condo is exactly as listed. The condo is updated with modern appliances and there are so many nice amenities here. The property is very quiet, even though major streets are nearby. We loved the location as it’s close to PCM and Main Street. We will be back!!!!

Updated and modern residence with a great location

Beautiful condo that is located within walking distance to shops and ski lifts. Multiple bus stops close by. Heated pool and 2 hot tubs were great after long days of skiing.

Amazing location and very nice property

The property looked just like the photos. The kitchen was well-stocked. The place is a 5-10 minute walk from the bottom of the mountain (depending on if you’re wearing boots). Would 100% recommend staying there

Wonderful trip

We loved staying in this condo. So close to the Park city base, had our kids not been there, we could have walked. A little far for our little ones. This condo is beautiful and was everything that we needed. if I had one compliant is was that the Nest thermostat had settings on it that were way to hot for my family and we burned up. Not a big enough deal to even contact the owner. We just adapted. We will definitely stay there again! Hopefully soon! Thank you!

Wonderful Condo, Great Location!

Bright, open floor plan, nicely decorated and very clean. Updated kitchen with good cookware and utensils. Excellent location 5 minutes from Main Street, close to shopping and restaurants. Great quality linens, spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Owners were accessible and attentive. Our family had a lovely time celebrating New Years and a birthday in this lovely condo in beautiful Park City!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Last minute trip with the husband. What a nice getaway!! This condo is VERY comfortable and inviting. We had all the comforts of home. Easy drive to Main Street (or you can take the free bus, that pics up right across the street). The owner, Brad, was very easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions, as well as tips on what to do while we were there!! We will definitely be back!!

Great location and beautiful unit

The location was great; no need for a car. We walked to the ski resort, Main St. and the bus stop. The unit is beautiful and the towels, bedding and beds were high quality and comfortable. The rental company was great and worked with us for both an early arrival and late checkout to accommodate our travel schedules.
