Washer/dryer;air conditioning, iron and ironing board; microwave; electric toaster; electric coffee pot; blender; Wi-Fi; bathtub with shower and an outside beach shower; WIFI; 2 decks, gas BBQ grill, large yard.

3 Bedrooms: #1- 2 twins #2-1 queen; #3-1 king. There is also a queen sleep sofa in one living room, and a full sleep sofa in the other living room. Linens and ath towels are supplied for the beds by the owner through Bayside Linens.

2 full bathrooms: One bath with shower and one with a tub/shower. There is also an outside shower.
