This stunning Ocean retreat cottage is just steps away from the sunny, sandy beach on its own 100ft of direct oceanfront views! This beautiful vacation retreat boasts an ocean view throughout, screen porch and sunroom. Watch the sunrise/sunset or relax and enjoy the ambiance. Features modernized appliances andtasteful decor throughout. The cottage has an outdoor shower to rinse off after the memorable beach days! New beach-side patio/deck with seating, boardwalk, and ramp.

3 Bedrooms: #1 - master bedroom on the 1st floor with a king bed and bathroom right next to it.
The other two are on the 2nd floor. #2 - one queen bed, #3 - one queen bed and one trundle bed (2 twins).

Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the owner for each bed by Bayside Linens.

2 Bathrooms: one on each level, both with a tub and shower.

Occupancy limit: 10
Parking for 4 cars off- street

This is a Pet Friendly cottage but a No Smoking vacation cottage.
