Going Downhill
I spent a lot of my vacation getting things to work in the house and the property did not seem to care. The first night the stove did not work, we found this out out after preparing a meal. Had to make alternate plans after only receiving a answering machine when we called the 24/7 number provided for help. The next day we had to leave our activities to let a technician into the house to fix the stove. During this service call the technician showed us photos of him fixing the stove the day before in our house without notification to us that he entered the property. Later that night the stove did not work again. I then spent hours figuring out a problem with the burners and the oven so we could cook dinner. I videoed this process and offered to show the property the problem. The property never asked for it. Other issues including the Internet went out the majority of our last day and night and since cell data service was spotty there was no watching shows. Other issues were two bikes were supposed to be with the property one was missing and the others bikes tires were flat. A couch shows in the pictures downstairs was missing and the downstairs furniture and rug were filthy. Good aspects were the house was spacious and property facilities outside the house were nice. This was not our fist stay in this complex but will have to consider looking elsewhere.
