Welcome to our Sky High Retreat, your perfect home base just minutes from the excitement of NYC! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex sits on a quiet dead-end street, offering you the peace and privacy you’ll love after a day exploring the city.
I’ve designed the space with your comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals with your group – whether it’s breakfast before a busy day or a cozy dinner in. With an open layout and huge windows letting in tons of natural light, this home feels bright, airy, and welcoming.
Here’s how the sleeping arrangements work:
Bedroom 1: A full-over-full bunk bed with a handy trundle underneath.
Bedroom 2: A private retreat featuring a comfy King bed for those who appreciate a little extra space.
Bedroom 3: Two full-over-full bunk beds with a private en-suite bathroom – plenty of room for your crew!
The living room is one of my favorite spots. You’ll find a 65-inch TV and an oversized luxury sectional that’s so huge it can sleep three additional guests (seriously!). And if you need even more options, I’ve got air mattresses and bassinets available – because I want everyone to feel right at home.
Whether you're planning a family trip, a getaway with friends, or even a work retreat, this space is ready for you. It’s stylish, spacious, and offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.
Come experience NYC while staying in comfort and style. My space is set up for you to make the most of your trip. So, relax. Unwind. And make your NYC experience as serene as it is exciting. We’ve got everything covered – just bring the vibes!
The whole place is yours! Enjoy full private access to the entire duplex and our rooftop terrace – perfect for soaking in the skyline vibes. Plus, no circling the block for parking! You’ll have your very own dedicated driveway spot waiting just for you.
Need extra sleeping space? No problem – we’ve got air mattresses and a bassinet available (just give us a heads-up in advance!).
And while we’re super close to NYC, parking stress is not on the itinerary. You’ll have a designated driveway that fits two cars with ease, plus an extra spot right out front. Convenient and hassle-free – just how it should be!
