Sea Rose: Oceanfront Condo in the Oceans North Community in Nags Head with great ocean views, access to the community pool, and an easy beach access!

It's time to relax at Sea Rose, a cozy condo within the Oceans Community with stunning views of the ocean. This home offers a relaxed and inviting layout, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind and take in the views. The great room is open and airy and allows for everyone to gather together for a meal at the dining table or on the couches to watch a movie. The kitchen is fully- equipped to have all of the cooking essentials that you'll need for preparing meals and there is a large sun deck off of the dining area, perfect for catching a morning sunrise or enjoying a meal with the ocean as your backdrop. Sea Rose has two spacious adult bedrooms, each with a large king size bed as well as a loft area with two twin-sized beds, perfect for kids!

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the condo. Head downstairs and beach walkway is in between two Oceans buildings.
Exploring the OBX: If you're in the mood for some seafood, be sure to check out The Nags Head Fishing pier where you can fish or enjoy some food and cool beverages from Capt. Andy's oceanfront Tiki Bar & Grill or head on down to the beach and enjoy your day there surfing, swimming, collecting shells, or just basking in the sun. Lucky 12 Tavern & Grill and Surfin' Spoon Frozen Yogurt Bar are great local spots to check out as well as many more local restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
