**This home does have exterior security cameras placed at the front and back doors. They record both porches, front and back yards, parking pad, and sidewalks 24/7. We have access to cameras at all times**

**We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in the apartment.**
**All Guests must be accounted for in booking. Additional un-paid guests at the property are prohibited unless approved by Host prior to check-in**

There are a number of COTA routes that lead to the Short North Arts District. Lines 1, 2, 5, CBUS®, and the NightOwl travel along High Street with many transfer options available to other lines within COTA’s system. Line 2L is a limited stop service that stops at First Avenue, (Price Avenue – southbound / Prescott Avenue – northbound) and Fifth Avenue ONLY in the Short North Arts District.
COTA’s CBUS is a free Downtown Circulator, traveling from the Short North Arts District to the Brewery District linking people with a number of great restaurants, bars, hotels and retail options throughout Downtown Columbus.

-We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay

-Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap.
**If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean**
We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
*****Loud & obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave. We respect our neighbors and do not want to bother them.*****
Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.
Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels.
Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are in working order upon the arrival of our guests. Although rare, sometimes amenities will stop working without warning. We will make every effort to get amenities back up and running or replace the amenity to the best of our ability. In the event the downed amenity is unable to be used during a stay for a mechanical reason, and the Guest has properly notified us, we will refund the Guest $15 for every 24 hours they are unable to use the amenity due to mechanical failure. We do not refund money for problems associated with improper use by Guest.
INTERNET ACCESS: Our property has wireless internet as a courtesy for our Guests; however, this service can sometimes be erratic. We make every effort to ensure this service is working properly, but we are not responsible for problems with internet service or Guest’s computer. We do not provide any technical support and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
Pets are NOT allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own linens if your approved pet will be in the bed during your stay. An additional fee of $50.00, above and beyond the pet fee, will be charged if excess amounts of pet hair are found on our linens.
Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. We do charge a dog fee: $35 per night per dog with a $200/mo cap. If your booking originates from the Airbnb platform, we will collect this fee upon successful check-in via the Airbnb Resolution Center. Your dog fee will NOT be included in your original reservation fees.
If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $40 per clean.
