The additional living room space with vaulted ceiling and recessed led lights adds great ambiance an includes TV and a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Experience the magic of Rotonda West at our marvelous house. Recently rennovated and with stylish new kitchen with fantasy blue, granite counters, new appliances and a heated inground pool with enclosed Lanai with Lake view and golf course on the 11th hole. Washer and dryer in seperate laundry room with cabinetry and counter.

We love to rennovate homes and bring them to a level where they look and feel like new. Our family does the work and we stay very active with other outdoor activities like cycling, swimming, yoga, and running. Originaly from Easton Pennsylvania we came south to the West Coast of Florida about 10 years ago. If you choose to stay in one of our places we think you will have a great time.

Quiet neighborhood with a access to Golf out the back door beaches close by and low traffic.
What makes this property unique
The old real estae saying goes location location location. Located on the 11th green of the Golf course with Lake views from the rennovated inground pool sets this house apart from many others. Acres of greenery and wildlife can be enjoyed by anyone who comes especially the abundant bird families. Osprey, Eagles, Great Heron. Egrets and the Sand Hill Cranes are fun to watch all from the pool area, Oh and the fabulous newly rennovated home with style awaits.
