Condado Beach is the upper class downtown neighborhood of san juan. Ashford Ave, where this building is located, is the main strip of San Juan, and there are lots of great places to eat and drink on the avenue. Condado Beach will always be on the North side of Ashford Ave.

Uber is the quickest way to get around the city. The B21 bus goes to Old San Juan. Old San Juan is about 5 minutes away, SJU airport is about 9 minutes away. This apartment does not have a private parking spot.

The earlier we know about a late check in or check out the better. If there is a check in on the day of your check out, then it is not possible.
