About this property

Easy Bear Lodge secluded hilltop cabin 3 bedroom 2 bath with separate game room

Your hilltop retreat, nestled in the trees, offers vivid fall leaves, clear winter nights for stargazing in the hot tub, spring songbirds, and summer evenings with crickets and fireflies. Enjoy quick snacks or gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, and watch sports on the 75-inch TV in the Bear Cave. It is located just 5 minutes from the hustle of Pigeon Forge without a steep road. Easy access with keyless entry. This property offers the convenience of 4 or more parking spaces, ensuring that guests always have a spot to park their vehicles. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old and the primary renter must present on the property during the rental period.

There are 3 exterior security cameras located outside, one is the backyard one on the Easy Bear Cabin, and one on the Easy Bear Cave/game room.
Easy Bear Lodge Quirks:
In Easy Bear Cabin, you might occasionally get a whiff of sulfur in the air—don’t worry, it’s just the well water reminding you it’s real rustic around here. But fear not! Our water supply is filtered through a whole-house filter to keep things nice and fresh. Plus, we’ve added two extra filters to the fridge and kitchen sink to make sure your water is as clean as a bear’s conscience after washing its paws.
Now, about the fridge—it can get a little noisy, kind of like it’s humming along to its own personal concert. And the hot tub? It likes to turn on at random intervals, giving you a fun surprise hum in the night, just to keep you on your toes.
And don’t be alarmed if you hear a small thud or bang when the water’s running through any taps—it’s just the pressure tank getting to work, pulling water from the well. It happens when you use the sink, shower, washer, or basically any water source that doesn’t have a secret stash of water under the floorboards.
Oh, and twice a week, the whole-house filter does its deep cleaning thing at midnight (because nothing says “clean” like late-night maintenance). It takes about 30 minutes, so don’t be surprised if you hear a little noise—it’s just the filter getting its spa treatment. Enjoy the rustic charm!
The hot tub at Easy Bear Lodge is thoroughly drained, cleaned, sanitized, and the water is carefully balanced after each guest's stay. Additionally, the water is filtered three times—first through a whole-house filtration system, through a hose filter during refilling, and the hot tub filter.
As the property uses well water, which naturally contains iron, there may occasionally be a light discoloration in the hut tub. This is a cosmetic effect and does not indicate unclean water. Rest assured, the hot tub is properly maintained and safe for use.

The best cabin for a weekend away!

We (5 moms) wanted a quiet stay in a cabin away from all of the everyday life. We hit up the grocery on our way to the cabin and didn’t leave the whole weekend. The beds were super comfortable! The bathrooms were clean and stocked to the brim. The den was AMAZING!! We enjoyed the hot tub in the screened in porch. The host was very pleasant and extremely attentive. Anytime we had any questions she was very quick to respond. We will absolutely be staying again! Thank you again Jane, the experience was amazing!
