This beautifully situated home on 12th Street in Downtown Huntington Beach offers the ideal coastal getaway, just 4 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from Main Street—a short 10-minute walk to all the action. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

It's a great neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that parties or loud noise is not okay outside after 10pm so ensure that the outdoor music is off in the patio.

The house is walking distance to both the beach and Main St/Pacific City. You are close enough to walk to all attractions but far enough to not get any of the noise.

You can rent beach cruisers downtown very inexpensively and it's a great way to get around.
