We are only .3 miles from Janions Pizza, .7 miles from Pier 33 Store for groceries and beach supplies, 1 mile from several attractions, including: Adventure Island, Fat Daddy’s Arcade, and Alvin’s Island Souvenir Store. The Wharf Amphitheater is only 7.9 miles away. OWA Park is only 12 miles away. We are also nearby several restaurants, including Dock Seafood and Steaks Moe’s original barbecue Ruby Slipper Restaurant and Bar. The HangOut and Waterville is only 1.8 miles away. Forget something? No worries, Walmart, Rouses and Publix is right down the road.

Our cozy retreat is nestled along the shoreline, boasting just 36 units, ensuring an intimate and familial atmosphere for all our guests. We take pride in fostering a welcoming environment perfect for families seeking an affordable beach getaway. At Sunchase, we cherish the opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests, particularly those who may not typically have the means to indulge in a beach vacation. Our beach condo offers a serene escape where laughter fills the air and the sound of waves provides the perfect backdrop for quality family time.
Step outside and find yourself mere moments away from our inviting grill and picnic area, strategically positioned right by the beach. Whether you're grilling up the day's fresh catch or simply sizzling burgers and hotdogs, this space offers a delightful setting for shared meals and relaxed gatherings against the picturesque backdrop of sun, sand, and the Gulf of Mexico. At Sunchase, we're not just providing accommodation; we're creating an experience where families can come together, unwind, and forge cherished memories that will be treasured for years to come.
Guest Access
The pool includes a kiddie section connected to the main pool and a hot tub with a water feature flowing into the main pool. Enjoy a great light feature at night, with beautiful, relaxing changing colors. The pool is heated. The beach is literally just steps from your front door. Go down the two flights of stairs, walk past the pool, continue underneath the first building (next to the grilling area), and there you are! Toes in the sand :)
Because there are only 36 units for our 100 feet of beach, you should have plenty of room to spread out. Be sure to remove all your belongings at the end of the day. Gulf Shores has a new motto: "Leave nothing but footprints," and will remove anything left. After enjoying your beautiful sunset and dinner, it is fun to return to the beach with your flashlight—it's time for crabbing!
Other Things to Note
Your car is directly under the first level. Your parking spot is clearly marked 206 (you WILL need a parking pass). We do have three visitor spots, which are first come, first serve. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent too.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Noise:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Smoking:
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
If approved, a pet fee applies, and pets must be supervised at all times.
Parties/Events:
No parties or events allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible fines.
Parking:
One designated parking spot is provided. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do not block driveways or other vehicles.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash dishes and clean up spills immediately.
Damage:
Report any damage or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
Safety:
Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers.
Appliances:
Use appliances responsibly.
Do not leave the stove, oven, or other appliances unattended while in use.
Internet:
