Welcome to this charming house in South Kingstown. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is a short walk to South Kingstown Town Beach, Vanilla Bean, Ocean Mist and the Pub Restaurant. Centrally located to all that South County has to offer, it's a very quiet family oriented area just a short drive to dozens of beaches, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. There is a 3 season room rec room in the rear of the house and a huge fenced backyard. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach then step inside to the central air conditioned home and enjoy all the amenities of a fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances.

Born and raised in RI, met my husband in my teenage years. We always dreamed of having a house by the beach. We started with a small cottage and worked our way to this 4 bedroom house. With high school and college aged kids we don't get to use this beautiful home as much as we once did, so we want to share it with others who can make family memories in a beautiful quiet neighborhood so close to the ocean you can hear it at night with the windows open.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area because it's close enough to the more popular areas, but far enough away that you feel like you are in your own little oasis in Matunuck. It's a local town beach feeling where everyone is friendly and just likes to hang out and have a good time.
What makes this property unique
Everything in this home is brand new and we filled it with a very beach vibe. It has a 3 season TV room that can be used for extra dining space or even getting some air mattresses and 'camping out' for a fun night with the kids. The backyard is perfect for volleyball games and cornhole. It's a very short walk to the local market for fresh meat to put on the grill for dinner, then visit Vanilla Bean for desert. You can also walk over to Ocean Mist or the Pub for breakfast or dinner if you choose. The beach is a short walk, but the house will have a parking pass for those that need to drive over and park the car. It's just a really great central location - minutes to Wakefield, Narragansett, East Matunuck is one street over.........
