Your cozy cottage awaits in the town of Newberg in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley Wine Region. An easy commute to Portland, Beaverton and Salem. Park-like setting in town only 3 blocks stroll from coffee shops, winery tasting rooms and world class restaurants. You may rent as a one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit (pricing is commensurate). Each bedroom has a queen bed with a Christopher Knight (tm) mattress and 3" memory foam mattress topper for the best sleep of your life. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and shower/soaking clawfoot bathtub combo. The cottage has been newly renovated but retaining the old-world charm like crown molding, original heart pine wood floors and windows and a clawfoot tub, but with all modern amenities like a/c, heating and Screaming fast FIOS Wi-Fi. Minimum 3 week rental term. Allergen free home (we don't use scents or harsh chemicals and absolutely no animals of any type allowed). Rent includes monthly cleaning.

Why they chose this property
Newberg is a beautiful, walkable historic town (Think Mayberry RFD or Star's Hollow from The Gilmore Girls!), with winery tasting rooms, world class restaurants and coffee shops galore.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is located backed up to a national park, so it's tranquil, with beautiful huge trees, but only 3 blocks to town. An easy hop onto the I-5 and I-205 for a 20 minute commute to Portland, 30 minutes to Beaverton and 25 minutes to Salem.
