Why they chose this property

I chose this part of the neighborhood because this is the most prime area of BGC, which is called the Uptown BGC. The newest and most developed part of BGC.

What makes this property unique

I can say it straight that my condo is one of the most luxurious / interiored condo unit available for rent in my area. The one's near Burgos Circle and Marketmarket are old buildings while Uptown Parksuites is a new building, some of its condo units are just turned over last year.
