Perfectly located 1/4 mile to explore the vast Atchafalaya Basin, the largest swamp in the U.S., and nearby swamp tours, Cajun restaurants, and towns like Breaux Bridge 10 minutes, Lafayette 15-20 minutes, and Baton Rouge 45 minutes. The property features an adjacent outdoor kitchen providing large space for gathering and cooking , plus a private mother-in-law suite for added privacy. Enjoy this waterfront escape! 0.25 miles off 1-10 exit at Butte La Rose. This exit has a great must see visitors center with so much information on thing to do in our area. 10-20 minutes from great restaurants and tours. Let us help with planning a great itinerary.
