Not worth the hassle-poor management
We rented this beach house for Memorial weekend and, unfortunately, had a pretty rough experience. When we arrived, the key code provided in the check-in email did not work, plus there was a painting crew actively working on the property, with ladders set up blocking the driveway and plastic covering the windows. The owner initially told us she’d take care of it and have them leave, but that never happened—they stayed for a full day. This made it extremely awkward to get our things unloaded, with painters on the balconies and by the windows. One painter even sat by the stairs, making it uncomfortable to come and go.To top it off, there was no TV or internet all weekend, even though we reached out to the owner for help multiple times. It was especially inconvenient since it rained one day, leaving us with no option for a family movie or indoor entertainment.While the location is good for the beach, the overall management of this property seems completely unprepared for guests. I’d be cautious before booking here—our trip was definitely not as relaxing as we’d hoped.
