Disappointing customer service/communication
Throughout the entirety of my stay, I experienced persistent WiFi issues that prevented me from accessing television or streaming services, significantly impacting my experience.From the very start of my stay, I reached out to the property management company via phone and email—over 30 times—seeking a resolution. Despite my repeated attempts, neither the management company nor the owner took any meaningful action to address the issue. The only responses I received were generic emails stating that the issue was being worked on, yet no actual resolution was ever provided.It is unacceptable for guests to be ignored when legitimate concerns are raised. While I understand and respect the importance of following property rules (which I received multiple email reminders about, along with warnings of potential extra charges), I also expect the same level of diligence when it comes to addressing guest issues. Unfortunately, that was not the case.Had I known the lack of responsiveness from both the owner and management company, I would have chosen a different property. If there were an option to rate this stay with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation.
