Casa Donita is professionally designed and decorated with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This beautiful condo sleeps 10 in beds. We are on the corner of the 24th floor of the 'Grand Venetian' middle Tower(2000) right on a huge beach between the Sunscape Hotel and Pitillal River. The views from balconies on all three sides of the unit are amazing. The widest point of the beach is right in front of our condo and stretches at least a mile in each direction, allowing for lots of room to play, relax or go for great walks on the sand.
There are 3525 sq ft of living and lounging space. King size beds in both master bedrooms (Red and Orange rooms), twin beds in Blue bedroom, two double beds in the Green bedroom. The complex has 6 Infinity pools, (at least 2 of which are heated) modern Fitness Center, Game Room, tennis courts and its own restaurant. Grand Venetian is a safe, gated resort with security people patrolling day and night. Our maids use special disinfecting cleaning supplies.
The condo is five to ten minutes from the airport and downtown. A brand new mall (Isla) with cinema is next-door. There are full mega-grocery stores five minutes walk either way and both Costco and Walmart are a longer walk (15 min) or quick drive. Lots of restaurants, theater, clubs and shopping within walking distance. Taxis and buses are available from the front of the building. We face directly on the Bay of Banderas and watch the cruise ships float into the harbor, as well as dolphins and whales playing in the bay.
For our 2-bedroom (plus bunkroom) condo with beds for 6, please see our other VRBO listing: #265210. It is in the same Grand Venetian building and uses the same elevator.
PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is an extra charge May through November. This is the only fair way to do it, because some guests use the A/C conservatively during these warmer months while others do not. However, we have kept our rates extra low during these months.
We request that you avoid arrivals and departures on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan.1. We respect our property manager's (and his staff's) desire to spend the holidays with their families.
