I live in nearby Pangburn on the Little Red River. I enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing and hiking in this magnificent area of Arkansas. I shop in Heber Springs and surrounding small towns. I’m a member of Greer’s Ferry Walleye Club and Little Red River Trout Unlimited.
Why they chose this property
Coolbreeze offers several spacious areas indoor and outdoor to kick back and take in the gorgeous lake and mountain views. The boat ramp and sandy beach swim area is a 1/4 mile drive down the paved road.
What makes this property unique
The views are definitely the main attraction at Coolbreeze but the cozy cabin feel of the interior of the property makes you feel right at home. Leave your troubles behind you and immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere. Let the birds and other wildlife entertain you.
