On the left side of the house, fruit trees are planned such as: banana, guyaba, miracle fruit and star fruit.
There is space both at the front of the house and at the back of the house to enjoy this beautiful garden.
Terms and conditions: Special rate per night (excluding electricity and water) as 2 of the 3 bedrooms is fully furnished at the moment .
Energy costs: Initial and final readings are measured. Guests are required to refill the electricity to the level at which they received it. In case of deviation, €1 per kWh will be deducted from the deposit.
Cleaning costs: €50 per week for a clean and fresh house. €100 final cleaning

we enjoy it when the guest enjoys his stay! This means that when renovating the house and furnishing it, we have always thought about what will be comfortable and pleasant for the traveler. From large luxurious beds to a tropical garden. From hot water to nice large cups to drink your tea in. In addition, we love people, cultures and stories, so we enjoy getting to know new people in this way and learning from their travel experiences.
Why they chose this property
Mariepompoen is a centrally located nice residential area with all kinds of bungelows. It is the only neighborhood on Curaçao where you can walk to the beach and drive to the city in less than 5 minutes. This accommodation is therefore ideal for people who love the beach, city and culture. Many people who were born there live in the neighborhood. people are friendly and helpful.
What makes this property unique
the house is unique due to its special architecture. it is a combination of modern with classic elements such as the balustrade. the high ceiling and large doors provide plenty of wind and space. the house has 4 rooms and 1 spacious living room with porch. 2 of the 4 rooms are fully furnished as bedrooms, the 3rd room will become a multifunctional room. Here you can sleep well or work at a long, comfortable desk. the fourth room acts as an extension of the bathroom. ironing, make-up, everything is possible here. Bedroom 1 and 2 are currently fully furnished.
