The Lovely Cozy Casita
This lovely home is situated in a picturesque neighborhood in the southeast region of Albuquerque. It is conveniently located just a short 3-minute drive from the renowned Nob Hill area and approximately 8 minutes away from the Sunport airport and Kirkland military base. Our house boasts a spacious backyard, which is fully enclosed and features a covered patio furnished for your enjoyment of the outdoors. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest in the near future!
The primary residence consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. In addition, the second bedroom serves as a workspace. Basic cooking essentials are available in the well-stocked kitchen.
Situated at the back of the property, there is a separate entrance for the private studio, ensuring no shared walls with the main house.
The only shared space on the property is the laundry area in the garage.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage which is a shared space with our long term tenant.
