TERRIBLE AND AWFUL!!!

I was extremely upset and disappointed. Upon arrival the staff seemed confused and could not locate my reservation. I shown the confirmation and explained it was paid. The proprietor/ manager was unreachable and no one seemed able to solve the problem. They asked us to wait. Eventually, we were lead to a temporary room, I thought the one we booked was tidying. However, when we walked in to the room, it was a room that full of bunk beds instead of a two bedroom apartment. The staff pushed us to stay in that room as they somehow sell our room to others and they were full. They said their manager was not there and they could do nothing and no alternative is available. They asked us to stay at that room and talk to their manager when she is there. Finally, they could contact their manager and I spoke to her on phone. She and her staff trying to mislead me in different ways. Ie. 'Two bedroom apartment' doesn't means two rooms or the booking that she received was a one bedroom not two. I strongly disagree and I have proof because someone from that hotel had actually sent me few emails including a reconfirmation with room type which absolutely proofed Hotels.com did send them the correct information and they should have the record in their system. I was extremely frustrated and angry. I refused to stay with them at that inappropriate room. We found somewhere else to stay. AND I STILL DIDN'T HEAR ANY FROM THEM AND HAVEN'T RECEIVE MY REFUND YET!!!

Nice hotel close to markets and restaurants.

The room had all kind of facilities, we were upgraded to a studio apartment with cooking facilities which we were not able to use. We had plenty of space and I cannot complain about anything.

位置不错，其中有一间房私密性不好，只有一个帘子隔着，两间房之间有窗户连通，厨房客厅和房间的顶部是连通的，以至于隔音不好，卫生间玻璃门没有锁，如果是很熟的或者一家人还好，有外人就不是很方便，带厨房这一点比较好，我们自己做了顿海鲜大餐

在这个街区性价比不算高，但胜在服务非常棒！

1、第一次有点难找，在小巷子里，但其实交通算很便利，步行10分钟到海边吧。 2、房间里有个很大的厨房，锅碗瓢盆一应俱全，可惜没用上。 3、没有早餐噢。 4、前台很热心，去隔壁家帮忙订第二天的房间、订车票等等，因为旺季难订票又加上时间紧其实挺麻烦的，但小弟很热心，第二天还记得关心我是否订到。冲着服务点赞！

Great place to stay

We would like to thank Sanvy and all of the staff at Le SimoLe for a warm welcome and a lovely stay. The hotel is sittuated in a little back street of town which made it very quite and comfortable. We were close to the beach and shops. We would definately recommend Le SimoLe to fellow travellers.

ホスピタリティーは十分

空港への迎えがホテルの手違いにより来なかったが、その後のホテル側の対応が良かった。４泊の滞在中にエアコン故障、水道故障のトラブルが発生したが、その後の対応が良かった。 スタッフはみな親切で、宿泊客に喜んでもらおうという気持ちがとても感じられて気持ちよかった。部屋も清潔で、キッチン道具、食器も十分にそろっており、トラブルがいくつかあったものの、最終的にはとても満足のいく滞在となった。 We had satisfied staying in Lesimore hotel very well but some trouble. Guestroom is clean, staff is very kind. I'll stay in Lesimore when visiting Nha Trang.

闹中取静的地理位置，有家的感觉

服务很周到，服务生认识每个客人（有的是每年都会来住的常客）还知道每个客人的日程安排，可以帮助提供以前并做相应安排，总体性价比非常高；地理位置闹中取静，虽然房间可以做饭，但是完全不用自己做，周围几家餐厅的东西质量很高；略有不足的是，下水道可能有些老化，有时候会泛出下水道的味道；提供的毛巾有点硬，餐巾纸有点糙，不过这两点还好，可以接受，因为一般就用自己带的了

温馨的酒店，很有优势的地理位置，设施一般

老板娘是个大美女，服务生都很友好，像朋友一样招待客人，住在一起的人都像朋友一样相互打招呼，酒店地理位置一级棒，出门就吃饭买东西去沙滩都很方便，周围叫车也很便捷；酒店的装修也颇具特色，就是设施一般，比如某些不通风房间下水道的异味和毛巾的整洁和柔软程度等，结合价钱来看的话，性价比还是很高的

Ok but bathrooms suck

Old paper reservation system makes errors easy to make. The bathrooms had a sliding glass door that left a gap which was weird and uncomfortable. Otherwise than that it was fine.

WITH A SMILE!

Das Hotel ist nach hinten versetzt. Keine Aussicht. In einer kleinen, lärmigen Seitengasse, aber ruhig in der Nacht. Immer gut geschlafen. Für Individualisten sehr zu empfehlen. Viele gut vietnamesische Restaurants ringsherum. Die Inhaberin, Danvy, spricht fliessend englisch und deutsch. Eine schöne, liebevolle vietnamesische Frau. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

comfort in Nha Trang

a lovely very well decorated and furnished apartment. Very comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for including booking train tickets. Would love to come back and stay again

Lovely gem hidden from the city!!

I stayed for two days at the apartments, but wish it could have been longer in the end. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard and very clean with everything you would expect laid on. It's hidden away off the Main Street but this makes it nice and quiet and a little haven to go back to in the evening. I'd highly recommend booking this and honestly for the price you are never going to find better in the city. Perfect stay!!
