We do not recommend this apartment for people with mobility issues, as there is no step-free access.
The interior of the building reflects its period character. You will find floors that can sometimes creak and have some slopes, adding to the historical charm of the place. The windows, although old, also add character, even if they are sometimes a little less well sealed. These details, typical of ancestral constructions, contribute to the authenticity and unique charm of the apartment.
The driveway leading to the parking lot at the back is narrower than normal, as it was designed before the advent of the automobile. It is important to drive with caution. It is not possible to turn around in the parking lot: you must enter from the front and back up to exit, or back up to enter and exit from the front.
The building, with its period charm, is located on Maguire Avenue, where the shops are a little further away, but many pedestrians pass by the building throughout the day. It is also possible to hear the sounds of the neighborhood and passersby at times, as well as the city bus that passes regularly.
