☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. • Primary renter must be 21 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 4 cars
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints, all guests must pick up after their pets.
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both.
