Overall, great stay and accommodations. Thermostat seemed to be incapable of getting the space down to a 72ish temp would be the only complaint.

Good potential

We wanted to prepare future guests for what to expect before they book this particular property:1. Bring your own beach towels. We were told there were beach towels and there were not. We had to purchase them elsewhere.2. There are 3 bathrooms and only 1 set of towels for each. You will have to do laundry, only one little pouch of detergent provided. Plan to purchase more detergent if you plan to launder the towels. 3. The pool is not heated. There is a nice pool for the neighborhood at the entrance, a short walk away.4. The coffeemaker is an auto drip and does not include filters. You'll need to purchase the basket style filter. 5. There is no hand soap and it will need to be purchased. The upstairs bathrooms come with two travel sized body wash tubes each. 6. The back screen door is broken and the screen is completely loose from the frame.7. The owner/manager does not converse through VRBO as well as over text - get his #. 8. Palm Bugs (cockroaches) in master bathroom. Overall, it has potential, but the owner/manager needs to make some basic improvements. The house was not vacuumed and we picked up multiple screws from the carpet during our stay. We did not have internet for the 1st 3 days of our stay bc there was no wifi password provided. Eventually the owner/manager met the internet company to have things properly hooked up. This place would really benefit from a one pager left on the counter that describes the garbage process, the wifi, etc.
