Newly-built North Park cottage w/ sleeping loft & private yard, 99% walk score.
Brand-new, fully-furnished cottage! This sleek, free-standing studio with a cozy sleeping loft features a queen-sized bed (accessed via a spiral staircase; note - limited head room) and is two blocks from dozens of bars, shops, restaurants, and a weekly farmers' market. Plus, it’s just 5 blocks from Balboa Park, with its tennis courts, swimming pool, and world-class museums. This small but stylish space features a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), washer/dryer, and an ultra-comfy, full-sized pullout couch in the LR for those who prefer staying on the main level.
Outside is a private 12’ x 16’ backyard, soon to include shaded outdoor dining. (Done very shortly!) Given the size of the space, it's best for a single person or a couple. Free, on-street parking.
20 minutes to many gorgeous beaches.
Note: the cottage is on the site of our former garage, and we live in the house next door, separated an alley. No parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping of any kind please, indoors or out.
Please note, city regulations require this property to be a mid-term rental - that means you must book for 31 days or more.

We're east coasters originally, but came to visit an adult kid in 2020 and were floored by the California weather and lifestyle. Joe runs and teaches yoga. Cristine is learning to surf and is a forever ballet student. We love to bring people together over food, games and outdoor activities.

North Park is the Brooklyn of San Diego. Hip, walkable, family-friendly, lovely scale, loaded with places to eat and things to do, beautiful little houses.
