This spacious 3-bedroom deluxe unit is located on one of the top four floors, offering beautiful ocean and beach views from the balcony. At 1,050 sq. ft., it comfortably fits up to 8 guests and features a full kitchen, living and dining area, fireplace, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, and jetted tub. The unit is furnished with a king bed, queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room, making it perfect for families or groups.

*We have been WorldMark owners for 20+ years and you would be staying as our guest. We are happy to share with you some of our favorite restaurants, shops, and activities in Seaside and along the coast...even our favorite "sand dollar beach" where you will find more sand dollars at low-tide than you'll know what to do with!

*Deluxe units are located on the 5th-8th floors.

*This is a 7 night rental only, 8/25/2025 - 9/1/2025. I am unable to add or subtract nights from this reservation.

*WiFi is available for a nominal fee when checking in.

***COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DAY. I will need the FIRST and LAST name of the person who will be checking in. They will need to present a picture ID with the SAME first and last name at check-in as given to me.
