This 3 acre waterfront estate boasts a 2 bedroom main house with three bathrooms, office, wet bar and washer /dryer and a 2 bedroom guest house with complete kitchen 2 baths w/ steam shower and washer /dryer and Tiki room / garage. There is also a one bedroom bunk house with shower & bath. A complete spa building with 8 person spa and dry sauna next to the fully operational green house. The entire compound is gated with electric gates and fully fenced. There is an Olympic pool sized 25 ft deep pond with fountains and a waterfront gazebo. The entire property has a 20 kw automatic back up generator powered by a 1000 gallon below ground propane tank. Water is supplied by a private well with a shared well as back up. There is a 60 foot tidal dependent dock with 30 amp power. All of the grounds are landscaped and have low voltage lighting throughout.
